How can I contact you?

Head to our contact us page to request support. Our team will provide you assistance as soon as possible.

How to place an order?

To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Pay now”.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After making a purchase on Bianca Resortwear you will receive an email confirming your order within few minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed or cancelled once it’s been submitted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For any doubts, send us an email at customercare@biancaresortwear.com

How do I collect my order?

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

The regular processing time is up to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. The delivery time may differ depending on the destination country. Please contact customercare@biancaresortwear.com for the estimated delivery time frame.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Bianca Resortwear cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Bianca Resortwear.

Please note that during sales periods we experience an increased number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

The amount of duty and tax you will need to pay depends on various factors, such as the country of delivery, order value, and product type.

The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude duties and taxes if these are applicable.

For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes, if applicable, are not included in the product price and will be collected by the delivery company on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities.

Faulty products

In the event that you encounter issues with your purchased garments and require assistance, please contact us at customercare@biancaresortwear.com

To expedite the resolution process, kindly include the order number in your email as well as photographs of the faulty product. It is important to note that our resolution process is designed to address issues arising from significant wear and tear or manufacturing defects. Should your swimsuit exhibit normal wear and tear, we may not be able to accommodate your request under this category.

Rest assured that we are dedicated to resolving any extraordinary issues you may encounter with your garments.

PRE ORDERS

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you exclusively reserve a limited product that will become available at a later date.

When will my pre-order ship?

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when you place your order.

I ordered an in-stock item along with a pre-order. Will they be shipped separately?

We will process the shipment once all the items in your order are ready for dispatch.

If you'd like to receive in-stock items separately while waiting for your pre-order, simply reach out to us at customercare@biancaresortwear.com, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request and expedite delivery for available items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return an item?

You can return any item purchased on biancaresortwear.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

The handling of returns and shipping costs (including any customs duties) are entirely the customer’s responsibility.


To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Your order number and the email address associated with the order.

Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions with the return address, located in Milan, Italy. 


Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused.

How do I exchange an item?

Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at customercare@biancaresortwear.com. If the item is in stock, we will ship it to the address from your original order as soon as we receive your return.


Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.

When do I get my refund?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
