RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on biancaresortwear.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund.

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return label for your convenience, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, or having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

EXCHANGES

At Bianca Resortwear, each piece is crafted with care and in limited quantities. For this reason, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, we invite you to return your item and place a new order, ensuring you receive exactly the piece you desire.

REFUND

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be returned in its original condition, complete with all original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags and accessories. Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

For orders outside of the EU, please be aware that duties and taxes will not be refunded, as these charges are only collected on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities and are not charged by Bianca Resortwear.
