SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide express shipping through FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Orders are processed and shipped from Milan, Italy within 1-2 working days from the order date, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 20th April, 21st April, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th December, 26th December.

 

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Bianca Resortwear cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs or any circumstances beyond the control of Bianca Resortwear.

 

Please ensure you enter a valid email address and phone number when placing an order.

 

Couriers may not always reach out via phone, so a correct email address is crucial for communication. Please note it is not possible to change the order’s delivery address after the shipment has been processed. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities. Bianca Resortwear is not responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees that might be charged for shipments outside the EU.

 

 

FAILURE OF DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, the order will be held at a designated location, and you will receive a notice with instructions on where to collect it and how to arrange a redelivery. If delivery remains unsuccessful within 30 days, we will assume you wish to terminate the purchase. As a result, the order will be canceled, and all payments, excluding delivery fees, will be refunded within 14 days from the purchase termination date. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the purchase termination.

 

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
